The agents of the tax services would thus receive bonuses or salary increases according to the tax reminders made, reports Le Figaro.
The extent of the rumor was such that Jean-Louis Masson, senator from Moselle, took to Twitter and asked the government to explain itself on the subject. Bruno Le Maire quickly answered him. The rumor that tax agents receive bonuses based on reminders and penalties is totally unfoundedindicated the Minister of the Economy.
