Dominic West and his wife Catherine Fitzgerald seem to have put the crisis behind them. After the affair drama about the British actor with colleague Lily James, he is now harmoniously united with his wife.

Because of marriage! Dominic West, 52, and wife Catherine Fitzgerald, 50, have weathered the tough times and apparently gotten back together. Wrapped up in hats, scarves and thick jackets, the two can now be seen strolling together through the Jubilee Market in London.

Dominic West turtled strangely

Admittedly, the spouses appear to be in a particularly good mood in the photos, published by the Daily Mail, not. But at least they’re proof the marriage didn’t fall apart on the 2020 public drama.

Back then, West hit the headlines when photos surfaced of him making love with fellow actress Lily James, 32. The two were in front of the camera for the filming of the film “The Pursuit of Love” and explored Rome together in October 2020. The pictures went around the world and also reached West’s wife in their home in England, which she even left shortly afterwards.

Back home, the couple confronted the curious journalists and photographers who besieged the family home. With a handwritten note, Dominic West made it clear: “Our marriage is strong and we are still together.” In order to save her, Catherine is said to have demanded that he break off all contact with his young colleague.

Lily James opens up about affair drama for the first time

Meanwhile, Lily James has found her love with “Queens of the Stone Age” rocker Michael Shuman, 35. According to the Daily Mail, she is said to have even met her parents.

Recently, the Briton, who plays the role of Pamela Anderson, 54, in the series “Pam & Tommy”, indirectly addressed the scandal surrounding her and Dominic West for the first time. “Women in public all experience a difficult situation at some point in their relationship between privacy and their life in the tabloids,” she compared her situation to Anderson’s in an interview with Rolling Stone. “It was a lot. It’s a story as old as time.”
