Draining trick: This method makes it easier
For example, instead of pouring the cooked pasta into the strainer in the kitchen sink, you can simply place the strainer in the pot. All you need is a sieve that has the same diameter as the saucepan.
Once the noodles are done, take the colander and place it upside down on the saucepan you are using. Hold the sieve so that the edges of the pot are closed. Now all you have to do is pour off the water. This keeps the noodles in the pot and doesn’t get cold. In addition, the noodles can be processed immediately in the pot. Tip: You can also keep some of the cooking water in the pot and use it as a base for a delicious sauce.
