They announce their breakup after four years of relationship

Actress Dove Cameron has made the separation from her partner and colleague Thomas Doherty public.
US actress Dove Cameron (24, "Descendants") has announced the separation from colleague Thomas Doherty (25, "Legacies"). "In October Thomas and I decided to go our separate ways," wrote Cameron on an Instagram story and on twitter. The decision was very difficult for the two of them, they continue to be united by a deep love and they have decided to remain friends. The actress wrote the message to her fans after rumors about the couple's relationship status had emerged.
Cameron and Scottish actor Doherty met in 2016 on the set of the 2017 Disney Channel film Descendants 2, the sequel to Descendants. Doherty took on the role of Harry Hook, the son of Captain Hook. Cameron starred Mal, the daughter of Maleficent, in both films. She was previously best known for the Disney Channel series "Liv and Maddie".
