Dragon Quest Treasures: the spin-off with Erik and Mia from DQXI for PC release

Pretend to be surprised, Square-Enix launched last Friday on Steam Dragon Quest Treasures without warning. After the ports of Triangle Strategy And LIVE TO LIVEamong others, which were basic Switch exclusives, the Japanese publisher is therefore continuing its momentum, enough to delight the owners of a gaming PC and one point less those of the console of nintendo which broke at the end of last year.

If you don’t know what offers Dragon Quest Treasuresits launch trailer and the official description below should do the trick, this adventure being a spin off To Dragon Quest XI during childhoodErik and his sister Miawhere the latter will have to recover the Seven Legendary Dragon Stones.

As Erik and Mia, players will embark on an extraordinary journey through the mysterious world of Draconia. The duo are soon joined by their adorable companions, Porcellus and Persiana, as well as a team of friendly monsters to recruit during their treasure hunt. Players can use the unique skills of these monsters to discover hidden treasures and reach otherwise inaccessible places. They will have to defend their treasures against monsters and rival clans until Erik and Mia can return to base to have them appraised. Hoarding treasure will increase the value of the treasure room, allowing them to expand their base and clan of friendly monsters.

If you buy the game on Steam before July 28, you will also receive the following items in-game :

  • Chimera Wing (x10): Sends players back to base immediately and keeps all their treasures.
  • Trainer’s Ball (x15): increases the probability that a monster will want to join the player’s clan.
  • Full Heal Marble (x15): restores all of an ally’s HP.

In addition to the standard game at €49.99, a digital edition Deluxe at €54.99 adds three ally monsters (smilodon, ruby golem And ice whelp), of the super tamer marbles and omnicare cannonballs. Nothing much needed.
