The European stock markets ended in mixed order on Thursday, welcoming rather positively the statements of the president of the American central bank, Jerome Powell, who ruled out any possible increase in rates on Wednesday.

But the Paris Stock Exchange (-0.88% to 7,914.65 points) and that of Frankfurt (-0.20% to 17,896.50 points) suffered from the decline of certain heavyweights on their stock exchange. London, for its part, increased by 0.63%.
