Waiting around Dragon Quest XII is likely to be long. That is why Square-Enix still intends to make the license prosper with spin-offs like this Dragon Quest Treasuresreleased last week on Nintendo Switch.
We find two characters from the eleventh episode for a new adventure, which mixes monster hunting and treasure hunting. An opus which is more surprising than expected, with real good ideas, but which also struggles to convince on certain aspects.
