Dreame Pocket: the mini foldable hair dryer to dry, straighten and curl locks

Having just arrived on the beauty market, Dreame is stepping up the pace and has already announced a new hair dryer: the Pocket. With it, the Chinese manufacturer is banking on an unusual device. Indeed, to stand out from competitors, the device adopts a compact format, weighing barely 300 g on the scale; half as much as some competitors such as the Dyson Supersonic or Shark FlexStyle.
Above all, the Pocket is a foldable hair dryer that promises to match the performance of other, much larger devices, while slipping discreetly into a travel bag.

Starting with its engine which would perform more than 110,000 rpm, just like that of the Hair Gleam. According to Dreame, it would allow him to dry short hair in just 40 seconds and long hair in four minutes.

If Dreame announces five different modes, the Pocket actually has the same modes as the Hair Glory. A cold mode, a lukewarm mode, a hot mode which is supposed to cap at 57°C and an alternate hot/cold mode. A shortcut also allows you to activate cold mode in one click. To control the temperature, a smart sensor measures it 300 times per second. Finally, two flow powers are available.

Finally, the Pocket is described as 3-in-1 by Dreame. Thanks to two different attachments, the hair dryer is able to dry and style your hair. The first, called Unfrizz Nozzle, helps the user smooth strands and tame flyaways. The second, the Curling Nozzle, uses the principle of the Airwrap for example and curls the strands using a cone-shaped tip.

Available in space gray or titanium gold, the Dream Pocket is on sale today for €159.
