(Boursier.com) — Drone Volt indicates that it has obtained the authorization of the judge-commissioner of the Commercial Court of Evry for the recovery of tangible and intangible assets, belonging to Aeraccess Services, formerly Air Marine.
This announcement comes in addition to the announcement made in June 2023 of the recruitment of 12 experts who previously worked for Aeraccess Services, France’s leading network for aerial operations by drone.
Thus, Drone Volt is creating a new division, based in Saucats, near Bordeaux, using the premises previously used by Aeraccess Services. The Group also recovers the customer portfolio as well as a large part of the assets allowing immediate availability of the equipment necessary for the performance of the contracts that have been signed and those to come.
Drone Volt specifies that the amount of this transaction is significantly less than 100,000 euros.
