According to Drone Volt, this transaction will allow it to expand its portfolio of drone-based solutions and strengthen its position in the global market.
The acquisition should also allow Drone Volt to offer end-to-end drone solutions, combining hardware and software, and thus to be a one-stop shop in order to better meet customer needs.
