Ramon Roselly prevailed against student Chiara D'Amico (18) from Frankfurt with 80.82 percent of all audience votes in the final round. Paulina Wagner (22), a student from Cologne, had to leave the competition as the first finalist, followed by Joshua Tappe (25), customer advisor from Holzminden. The jury – Dieter Bohlen, Pietro Lombardi, Oana Nechiti and Florian Silbereisen – had no voting rights in the final.

The building cleaner from Zschernitz received a "Superstar 2020" contract with Universal Music and a € 100,000 prize. Poptitan and chief juror Dieter Bohlen (66) composed and produced his first single "Eine Nacht". Like all final songs, the song is already available as a download and stream on all common platforms.
