Duchess Camilla: self-isolation ended shortly before the wedding day

Prince Charles (71) and Duchess Camilla (72) had to spend 14 days separately. After the British heir to the throne tested positive for the corona virus, the couple went to self-isolation in Aberdeenshire, Scotland. Both spent time at Balmoral Castle, but there was spatial distance. This has now been lifted.

As Clarence House confirmed to "The Independent", the Duchess of Cornwall has now ended self-isolation. Just in time for the 15th wedding anniversary that Prince Charles and Duchess Camilla celebrate on April 9th.

Prince Charles reactivated after seven days

Prince Charles had left self-isolation last week – after only seven days. At the time, a spokesman for Clarence House said that the decision of the 71-year-old was made "after consulting his doctor". The Prince of Wales is "in good health".
