Duchess Kate (40) will soon not only provide her own three children with a bedtime story. The Duchess of Cambridge will, according to the BBC to appear in a special edition of “CBeebies Bedtime Stories”. In the popular British children’s program, a different celebrity reads a bedtime story every week. Ed Sheeran (30), Tom Hardy (44), Reese Witherspoon (45) and Ryan Reynolds (45) have previously been guests on the BBC show.

The episode, starring Duchess Kate, is scheduled to air on Sunday February 13. The occasion is the current action week, in which the mental health of children is the focus. In a preview of her appearance on children’s TV, Kate, a member of the royal family who has long been committed to children’s mental well-being, is seen dressed casually in jeans and a light-colored sweater.

“Can not Hardly Wait”

The 40-year-old, who has children Prince George (8), Princess Charlotte (6) and Prince Louis (3) with Prince William (39), will read from “The Little Owl” by Jill Tomlinson. Commenting on Kate’s performance, BBC’s Patricia Hidalgo said: “I can’t wait to see her interpret such a classic story in her own way and I’m sure ours will too Neither can the audience.”
