Duchess Meghan: No new podcast episodes for the time being
Duchess Meghan, 41, has already caused all kinds of explosives with her podcast “Archetypes”, today, Tuesday, September 13, 2022, a new episode should actually go online. James Middleton: He honors Queen Elizabeth on his first wedding anniversary
While Duchess Catherine, 40, and her family mourn Queen Elizabeth, † 96, the death of the monarch does not leave her brother, James Middleton, 35, untouched. The family’s grief overshadows his first wedding anniversary with Alizée Thevenet, 32. The couple said yes on September 11, 2021 in the small town of Bormes-les-Mimosas on the Côte d’Azur.
Instead of posting a wedding photo of himself and his loved one to mark their first anniversary, the 35-year-old posted a touching tribute via Instagram. “Today is our first wedding anniversary, but it doesn’t seem right to celebrate while we mourn the loss of Queen Elizabeth II,” said James Middleton. “Instead, I’m sharing a wedding photo of the Queen and Duke of Edinburgh at their wedding 74 years ago.” The black and white photo shows the Queen in her wedding dress and Prince Philip, † 99, in uniform smiling lovingly at each other. “My beloved Alizee, I look forward to it, just as many [Jahre] to spend with you in our lifetime” are the emotional words he dedicates to his wife at the end.
King Charles was surprised by the Queen’s death
Even though Queen Elizabeth, † 96, has repeatedly worried fans and family with her poor health in recent months, her death still came as a shock. The death of the monarch surprised her firstborn in particular. The confession was made by King Charles, 73, to one of the many fans who gathered outside Clarence House over the weekend to offer their condolences to the new monarch.
“These things happen and you don’t expect them. I didn’t expect them,” the grieving king is said to have said to Rabena Din from Manchester, according to “The Sun”. She herself was surprised that Charles was so open to her. “I told him I was sorry for his loss and asked him to accept my condolences,” she said. “He said, ‘That’s very kind of you’.” He then looked at her and said that although he knew these things would happen, he didn’t expect it.
