Duchess Meghan is said to have been working on the relaunch of her lifestyle blog “The Tig” for a long time, and now the time has finally come. The former actress has received official approval to reactivate her website.

Once upon a time, a long, long time ago, there was an American named Meghan Markle who, in addition to her job as an actress, ran a lifestyle blog and gave her readers tips on travel, food, fashion, health and wellness. When she got engaged to a prince from a far away country in 2017, she had to give up her job and her passionate hobby. Around six years later, Duchess Meghan, 41, can officially reactivate her website.

The empire of the Sussexes grows with another money-making project. As reported by “Mirror”, the 41-year-old received official preliminary approval for the relaunch of her blog after she had submitted the application around a year ago. She’s said to be ready to take on Gwyneth Paltrow’s $200 million venture, Goop. Like the actress’s successful online magazine, Meghan’s “The Tig” is said to offer tips on food, travel, fashion, art, design and conscious living.

In addition, Prince Harry’s wife, 38, could become a kind of “suggestion box aunt”. Despite the tensions between her and her family and the royal family, she is said to include a section for “comments on personal relationships” on the website, according to the court documents submitted, according to “Mirror”.

Does Meghan grant private insights into her everyday life as a mother?

A lot has happened since “The Tig” was discontinued due to her relationship with Prince Harry and the growing media interest in her. After stepping down as senior and working members of the British royal family in 2020, they relocated to the United States. In the meantime, the two have built their own mainstay with the non-profit organization “Archewell”, a Netflix documentary series and a few books and are also the proud parents of two children.

So it can be assumed that Meghan will now also publish articles about raising children and life as a mother. The Duchess of Sussex should be back online with her personal website as early as next week. She could be the Sussexes’ latest money-making venture.

In 2014, Meghan started the “passion project” and named it after her favorite red wine, Tignanello. At that time she was still seen as an actress in the legal series “Suits”. “It wasn’t just a hobby, it became a really successful business,” she enthused from her website in the December 2022 Netflix documentary Harry & Meghan. She’s never been the type of person to do just one thing, she explained, and that’s how the site was born. “There was fashion, lots of food and travel – all the things I loved.”
