She reveals her Christmas traditions with the children

This year, Prince Harry and Duchess Meghan will probably spend Christmas again with their children in their adopted home in the USA. The small family has created its own traditions for the festival.
While preparations for this year’s Christmas at Buckingham Palace are already in full swing, things will certainly be a lot quieter for the Sussexes in Montecito, California, far away. Since their exit, they have spent time as senior and working members of the Royal Family Prince Harry, 39, and Duchess Meghan, 42, celebrate the holidays with their children Prince Archie, 4, and Princess Lilibet, 2, in their home – with their own traditions.
Duchess Meghan: “We are creating new ones”
The former actress recently revealed what they look like on the sidelines of the “Variety’s Power of Women” gala. “We create new ones [Traditionen], now that our little ones are growing up. And we enjoy every moment of it,” she told “E News.” This apparently also includes hanging the Christmas tree decorations on the tree together. “I love decorating and decorating the tree with my children,” said Meghan .

The celebration in her Californian villa will certainly be less formal than in Sandringham, where the British royal family will gather again this year to celebrate together. Harry and Meghan haven’t spent Christmas together since 2018.
The following year, a few months after the birth of little Archie, the two announced that they had made “private plans” for the holidays that year. It was said at the time that they were looking forward to “extended family time” and spending the holidays with Meghan’s mother, Doria Ragland, 67. They were not the first members of the Royal Family and so their decision was supported by Queen Elizabeth, †99.
