Dufry: joint venture extended at Bangalore airport

(CercleFinance.com) – Dufry announced on Wednesday that it had extended the contract of its joint venture, which operates duty-free shops at Kempegowda International Airport in Bangalore (India), by 15 years.

The Swiss group, which has been operating duty-free stores at the airport since 2008, says it has renewed its ‘joint venture’ agreement with the airport operator Bangalore International Airport Limited (BIAL).

This agreement will allow it to continue to operate, through this entity called ‘Nuance’, its points of sale located in the new terminal 2.
