During evasive maneuvers – tree stump brought down tractor driver

The evasive maneuver of a tractor driver in Steinerkirchen an der Traun ended in the hospital. The tractor got caught on a tree stump and this caused the tractor to fall due to a tire burst.

The 61-year-old steered her tractor on Sunday around 2:10 p.m. on the Stockhamer Gemeindestraße in Steinerkirchen an der Traun in the direction of Eberstalzell. She had to dodge an oncoming vehicle to the right onto the shoulder. During the evasive maneuver, the right front tire burst and the woman drove over a sloping meadow. Sideways overturned The tractor got caught on a tree stump and overturned sideways. The 61-year-old was injured to an undetermined degree and was admitted to the Wels Clinic after first aid.
