Dying Light 2 Stay Human: a substantial lifespan to see the end of the campaign, nearly 500 hours needed for 100%

Dying Light 2 Stay Human is gold for a few weeks now, we are therefore assured that it will meet the release date currently set by Techland. The developers are therefore taking advantage of the last moments that separate us from the launch to say more about the project, and in particular about its lifespan.

They have indeed posted this weekend an unexpected message in which they state thatit will take about 500 hours to reach a completion rate of 100%. This pharaonic number would correspond to the time it takes to complete the campaign, the side missions, the various challenges and the entire exploration of the map, as well as to unlock all possible endings.

That lifespan can be scary, and even if you choose to limit yourself to campaigning and side objectives without dwelling on collectibles and exploration, it would still take between 70 and 80 hours to complete the adventure. It makes you wonder what the 400 hours of extra play and wandering will look like Techland in its 100%, even if the fact of unlocking the various endings will logically inflate this number.

The release date of Dying Light 2 Stay Human is set for February 4, 2022 on PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X | S, and you can pre-order your copy from € 54.99 on Amazon.com.
