Dying Light 2: The first major DLC is pushed back to September

It’s not just AAAs that have been pushed back lately, even ancillary content like DLCs are falling behind schedule. This is particularly the case with Techlandwhich is currently preparing the first major DLC for Dying Light 2, which the studio planned to release in early summer. But in the end, this new content is taking a little longer than expected, and we will have to wait until the start of the school year to discover it.

Photo mode is still on the way

The studio announced this on Twitter by posting an updated 2022 roadmap for the game, while explaining that it needs a little more time to develop the first additional narrative content for Dying Light 2. We will therefore have to wait until September to see what this DLC has in store for us.but Techland is still planning updates to keep us busy over the summer.

In June, we will be able to find in particular chapter 1: “ In the Footsteps of a Nightrunner which will mark the arrival of new events as well as Setting up Photo modewhich was long overdue.
