(CercleFinance.com) – Yesterday E.ON successfully issued two bond tranches for a cumulative amount of 1.8 billion euros.
The first tranche concerns 800 million euros of green bonds maturing in March 2032 with a coupon of 3.5.
The second tranche concerns 1 billion euros of green bonds maturing in March 2044 with a coupon of 4.125%.
The transaction attracted strong investor demand with a combined order book of approximately €7 billion.
Proceeds from the short-term bond will be used for general corporate purposes, while proceeds from the green bond will finance and/or refinance eligible green projects as defined under E’s Green Bonds. .WE.
