Steps to follow :

  • In the microwave, melt the chocolate and butter, then add the egg yolks.
  • Gently fold in the whites.
  • Pour the preparation into a flat mold with the edges of about 2 centimeters.
  • Bake for 12 minutes at 180 ° C then let cool. To check that your sponge cake is well cooked, it must come off the edge.

For the Ferrero whipped cream:

  • 15 Ferrero Rochers
  • 200 g of liquid cream
  • 65 g icing sugar
  • 200 g of mascarpone

The steps to follow:

  • Mix the Ferrero Rochers then put them in the fridge.
  • Using an electric mixer, beat the whipped cream. Mix the mascarpone and icing sugar in another bowl, then stir in the cream; whisk gently with a spatula.
  • Gently add the mixed Ferrero Rochers then refrigerate.

For mounting :

  • Detail the sponge cake into two rectangles.
  • In the log mold, fill half of the whipped cream with Ferrero Rochers and place a rectangle of sponge cake and repeat the operation. Cover with cling film and put in the freezer for a good two hours.
  • Once the two hours have passed, unmold.
  • Melt 2 squares of chocolate that will be used to glue some decorative Ferrero Rochers.
  • Sprinkle with icing sugar and place the log in the refrigerator until tasting.

Bring your:

  • 10 Ferrero Rochers and 4 Kinder Bueno
  • 400 ml whipped cream
  • 100 g of spread
  • 500 g of melted milk chocolate
  • 100 g of melted white chocolate
  • 2 liter plastic bottles
  • Scotch tape

Steps for preparation:

  • Before anything else, make the mold: cut out the top of the bottles to make two cylinders of the same size. Then cut a third of each bottle in the direction of the height. Interlock the two ends of the cylinders, overlapping them a few inches, with an edge on each side. Secure them together with duct tape. The mold is ready! Place it with the open side up.
  • Whip the cream to obtain a firm texture, add the chosen spread and stir.
  • Fill about a third of the mold with the cream then add 1 Kinder Bueno Bueno and 2 Ferrero Rochers in the middle of the preparation. Then fill with the rest of the cream. Add 2 more bars of Kinder Bueno and 6 Ferrero Rochers and place in the freezer for 3 hours.
  • When the time is up, place the dessert on a serving platter and remove the bottle. Now pour in the liquid milk chocolate and then the white chocolate.
  • Then cut 1 Kinder Bueno and 2 Ferrero Rochers into small pieces and use them to decorate your log. You can get creative and decorate however you like.
