(CercleFinance.com) – Edenred announces that it has signed an agreement to acquire Spirii, a fast-growing platform located in Copenhagen, Denmark, which offers a wide range of charging solutions for electric vehicles in Europe.
Present in 18 countries, this SaaS platform offers its solutions to clients such as TUI, EDF and Lease Plan. It employs around 100 people and is expected to generate a turnover of between 25 and 30 million euros in 2024.
The transaction provides for the acquisition of an initial 88% stake in Spirii, as well as purchase options allowing Edenred to subsequently increase its stake up to 100% by 2029.
