(CercleFinance.com) – The company Select Equity Group, acting on behalf of the funds and clients it manages, declared to the AMF that on August 3, 2022 it crossed the threshold of 5% of the capital of Edenred and hold, on behalf of said funds and clients, 4.95% of the capital and 4.85% of the voting rights of this company.
This threshold crossing is the result of a sale of Edenred shares on the market.
