EDF strengthens in the renovation of thermal sieves

The energy company seals a partnership with the proptech Masteos in order to provide a turnkey solution for works and grant applications.

EDF wants to find its place in the lucrative energy renovation market. The energy company was already present in this segment through its subsidiary IZY by EDF, which offers turnkey work and financing solutions (subsidy applications, editor’s note). It has just entered the capital of the proptech Masteos, a specialist in rental investment, on the occasion of a round table of 12 million euros, after a fundraising of 40 million carried out this summer with another pool of investors. The ambition of this partnership?
