The Egide Group announces the postponement of the publication of its 2021 annual financial report, initially scheduled for May 5, 2022.
As announced during the publication of the Group’s 2021 annual results on March 30, 2022, the bank of Santier and Egide USA, Banc of California, which absorbed Pacific Mercantile Bank (PMB), communicated its decision not to continue to support the lines of credit of the two American entities beyond June 30, 2022, limit being negotiated to be postponed to September 30, 2022.
In this context, two cumulative financing projects are still in progress at Egide USA and Santier, which are at the same stage to date: “Letter of Intent” accepted, audits and constitution of files in progress, approvals expected for mid- June.
This situation could jeopardize the continuity of operations of the American operations, which considerably complicates the certification of the accounts by the American auditors, in particular because of their internal audit quality process.
The 2021 annual financial report should be available within a few days and the Egide Group will inform the market of its availability by means of a press release.
