(Boursier.com) — Eiffage through its subsidiary Eiffage Construction, launched work on October 23 on the future complex for use as laboratories and offices for Kadans Science Partner (a European company specializing in the development and management of buildings dedicated to life sciences) in within the Campus Grand Parc development project in Villejuif (Val-de-Marne).
This project, the first carried out in France by this operator, consists of three buildings ranging from R+6 to R+8 for a total surface area of nearly 25,000 m2. The future complex will be structured on a common base of four levels around a central service island and designed to encourage meetings and exchanges and will have two access halls. It will notably be equipped with a company restaurant, a multi-purpose room and a common terrace. Two basement levels are dedicated to parking. The work will be carried out as a general contractor by Eiffage Construction.
In terms of environmental and energy performance, the project aims for Breeam International Excellent level certification, the E+C- level E2C1 label as well as the WiredScore Silver level label.
The study phase began in July. Work has just started with a view to delivery in 2025.
