(Boursier.com) — The Board of Directors ofEiffage of December 7 decided, on the recommendation of its Appointments and Remuneration Committee, the following changes with effect from January 1, 2023:
– Appointment of Mr. Philippe Vidal, independent director since January 1, 2021, as lead director.
– Reduction of the composition of the Board of Directors of Eiffage SA from 12 to 11 members after the resignation, with effect from December 31, 2022, of Dominique Marcel, director since 2008, who became a non-independent director in 2020.
Following these changes, the Board of Directors of Eiffage SA will be composed of 11 members, including an independent lead director, 75% independent members and 44.4% female members.
All committee chairs are independent directors.
