Eiffage invests 100 ME in the future Montpellier campus

(Boursier.com) — Eiffage -through Eiffage Immobilier, a subsidiary of Eiffage Construction- signed on October 20, with the CCI Hérault the real estate development contract for the construction of the future campus in the ZAC Cambacérès in Montpellier.

The real estate project represents an investment of 100 million euros.

This new complex will consist of three R+7 buildings and will have two basement levels. With a total surface area of ​​30,000 m2, it will bring together the Montpellier Business School management school (22,000 m2), the headquarters of the CCI Hérault (2,000 m2), the regional branch of the CCI Occitanie (2,000 m2) as well as the Purple Campus Montpellier training center and its regional headquarters (4,000 m2).

The work, which will begin in early 2024, will be carried out by Eiffage Construction. Three cranes and more than 100 companions will be mobilized. Delivery is scheduled for fall 2026.

Remember that the project obtained the BDO (Sustainable Building Occitanie) Silver level label in July.
