(CercleFinance.com) – Eiffage Immobilier and COFFIM announce the acquisition off-plan (sale in future state of completion) by Spirit REIM Services, on behalf of Esprit Pierre Hôtellerie, of the future Moxy by Marriott hotel, currently under construction by Eiffage Aménagement in Clamart.
This new 3-star hotel in R+5 with 91 rooms, on 2,734 m2 of floor area, will be decorated and fitted out in an Art Deco style. Construction work will begin this spring. Its delivery is scheduled for mid-November with a view to opening in December 2023.
