In Elden Ring, and more precisely in the first regions (Caelid and Necrolimbo), it is possible to find the Medallion of Dectus. To be more precise, there are two parts of the Medallion. Each of these parts represents a fragment of the Medallion. Thus, the players will have to recover the left part and the right part of the Medallion of Dectus.
By recovering the two parts of the Medallion of Dectus, you will then be able to go to the third region of the game: the Atlus Plateau. Indeed, to unlock access to this new area, you will have to go to Dectus Lift, north of Liurnia. There, if you have both parts, your character will automatically assemble the fragments of the Medallion of Dectus and the elevator will start moving. You will then reach the Plateau d’Atlus. But then, where and how to get them?

The left part of the Medallion of Dectus is probably the easiest to find. In effect, it is in Nécrolimbe, and more precisely in Fort d’Haight. We show you the exact location with the image below.
Once you have reached Fort Haight, you will need to get rid of the enemies in the courtyard, then climb on the ramparts. A knight will be waiting for you there. It will have to be eliminated. When you have killed him, go to the tower, which is on the right, and climb the ladder. Open the chest to retrieve the left part of the Medallion of Dectus.
Moreover, if you go to recover this part of the Medallion of Dectus, we can only advise you to carry out the quest of Kenneth Haight at the same time. This will allow you to recover two golden seeds, in total.

The second part of the Medallion of Dectus is a little harder to pick up, as it’s in a high-level region: Caelid. In this area, you will have to find Faroth’s Fort. It is positioned towards the center of the region. To help you, you can find the precise location of this place via the image below.
Once near the scene, take the entrance to Fort Faroth. Be careful, bats inflicting poison damage are present. After clearing them, head to the ladder in front of you and climb up. When you arrive, you will find a chest. Open it and collect the right part of the Medallion of Dectus. You are now in possession of the two parts of the Medallion of Dectus and you can therefore go to the Atlus Plateau.
