Elden Ring: Warrior and Prisoner classes revealed

The classes in the Elden Ring online test were heavily equipped and had ridiculously powerful spells or ashes of war for an early game, so we can’t completely rely on them for the full game. The full game has 10 starting classes, some already present in the beta, others new, and still others that were missing, and the studio is making it official little by little. One new message on the official Twitter introduces 2 more classes from those available on February 25:

  • Warrior : A nomadic warrior who fights using two blades at once. An origin that has exceptional techniques.
  • Prisoner (Prisoner) : A prisoner bound by an iron mask. He studied stone-shard sorcery before his imprisonment, when he lived with the elites.

the Warriorr was already present on the beta, and it doesn’t seem to have changed, maybe because it was the weakest and hardest class to play. He has fairly light armor and two scimitars. He also had Ashes of War to release a gust of cutting wind a few meters in front of him, it is possible that it is still present. This is the class that relies above all on Dexteritywhich makes it a good choice for all builds of this type, whether it is to continue with a light weapon like a rapier, a weapon in each hand like at the beginning, even a bow.

the Prisoner is neweven if we had already been able to see it on an image of the game. It is difficult to judge the character without seeing all its characteristics, but it seems to be a hybrid with Intelligence and spellcasting as the main element, and another characteristic such as Strength or Dexterity in addition, its light outfit tends to make us favor this second option. We are a far cry from the magnificent and valiant Enchanted Knight of the beta in glittering armor who rolled over everything he came across.
