(CercleFinance.com) – Elior Group announces the appointment of Boris Derichebourg to the position of Chairman and CEO of Elior France, replacing Jean-Yves Fontaine.
Boris Derichebourg, Director of Operations of Elior Group, also becomes Chairman and CEO of Elior France, the entity which brings together all collective catering activities in France.
He also retains the presidency of Derichebourg Multiservices.
‘This new management will be able to rely on a simplified, more transversal organization, fully focused on operations, and which will be effective by the end of the current fiscal year,’ commented Daniel Derichebourg, Chairman and CEO of Elior Group.
