(CercleFinance.com) – Crédit Agricole has declared to the AMF that it indirectly crossed upwards, on January 2, 2023, the thresholds of 5% of the capital and voting rights of Elior Group and indirectly holds, through of the companies Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank and CACEIS Bank Luxembourg which it controls, 6.21% of the capital and voting rights of this company.
This crossing of thresholds results from the conclusion of Elior Group agreements and instruments, as a result of which the trading exemption no longer applies for the declarant.
