Elisabeth Borne engages her responsibility by an eighth 49.3 to have part of the finance bill adopted

The Prime Minister again engaged Thursday, December 8 the responsibility of her government before the National Assembly, with the aim of having the “revenue” part of the draft state budget for 2023 adopted without a vote in a new reading.

Elisabeth Borne justified this eighth consecutive appeal to Article 49, paragraph 3 of the Constitution by the need to adopt the finance bill ” within the time allowed “ and by the way “that none of the opposition groups has informed us of any changes in its position on its final vote”.

The deputies of La France insoumise (LFI) immediately announced the filing of a new motion of censure.
