Elisabeth of Bourbon-Parma is engaged

There is wonderful news to report again from Bourbon-Parma: Élisabeth von Bourbon-Parma, 27, is engaged! Point De Vue reports that she will marry her partner Xavier Denis, 34. According to the publication, for the engagement, Xavier Denis chose the Belgian spa where he spent much of his childhood. But it was only after a helicopter flight and a walk in the forest not far from the romantic Lébioles country estate that the young man knelt before the princess.

And the wedding is scheduled to take place this summer. The fiancées would like to exchange vows in Normandy in July. The couple reportedly celebrated their engagement with close friends and family in Paris in December 2023. Exclusive pictures available to “Point de Vue” show an overjoyed couple at a beautiful engagement party.

“Golden Globes” presenter jokes about Prince Harry and Duchess Meghan

The Golden Globes were awarded in Los Angeles on Sunday evening, January 7, 2024. An event that no celebrity wants to miss – actually. Although Prince Harry, 39, and Duchess Meghan, 42, have been living in California since 2020 and the former actress is back under contract with the renowned Hollywood talent agency William Morris Endeavor (WME), the couple skipped the event. The Sussexes still provided something to talk about.

After Jo Koy, 52, the presenter of this year’s Golden Globes, first made fun of Leonardo DiCaprio, 49, Bradley Cooper, 49, and Taylor Swift, 34, among others, he took aim at Prince Harry and Duchess Meghan. “Harry and Meghan Markle have been paid millions for doing absolutely nothing – and only from Netflix,” said the comedian – earning cautious laughter from the audience. The camera then zoomed in on the streaming service’s CEO, Ted Sarandos, 59, who also couldn’t help but smile.
