Damian Hurley has graduated from drama school! To celebrate, he and mother Elizabeth Hurley dressed up.
Actress Elizabeth Hurley (57) celebrates her son: Damian (20) follows in her footsteps and now has his degree from drama school in his pocket. The two dressed up to celebrate the day: Damian wore a black, low-cut suit, while Elizabeth wore a glamorous halterneck gown by Roberto Cavalli to the party.
Ex-husband Arun Nayar was there
for a photo, which Damian shared on his Instagram account, the mother and son posed with Hurley’s ex-husband Arun Nayar, 57, who she was married to from 2007 to 2011. “Mom and dad with me at the graduation ceremony,” wrote the 22-year-old under the snapshot, which shows him in the middle of his mother and his “surrogate father”.
Damian had little contact with his biological father, the late entrepreneur Steve Bing (1965-2020). Arun Nayar married his mother when Damian was five and they remained close friends after their split. “Arun is Damian’s dad and a very good one at that, they see each other very often”, Hurley said in a 2018 interview with You magazine.
Damian Hurley found another surrogate father in Australian cricketer Shane Warne (1969-2022), who died suddenly of a heart attack in March. “He was a father figure in my formative years,” Hurley wrote after his death. Warne was engaged to Elizabeth Hurley between 2011 and 2013.
