Elodie (“Don’t forget the lyrics”): this dream that she will be able to achieve thanks to her 151,000 euros in earnings: Femme Actuelle Le MAG

A beautiful course which had marked the viewers of France 2in particular because the young teacher had accomplished two feats upon her arrival: dethroning a great Maestro, Caroline, present for 52 broadcasts, but also breaking an exceptional record by ringing the bells during her first three participations. A performance that had earned him the admiration of Nagui, and even a funny nickname. “It’s funny because Nagui called me Big Ben for this reason. In particular, she returned to her journey, and revealed to us what she had done with her earnings, which amounted to €151,000.

“When I was little, I was already playing with my Barbie motorhome dreaming of going everywhere!”

A college teacher and mother, Elodie was first of all shown to be responsible for her beautiful kitty. “We reduced our loan so that we could live a little more easily”, she explained. But the young woman also wanted to have fun: “I said on the show that I wanted to buy myself a roof tent for the car, so I could wander around France a bit. Eventually she turned into campervan !” she tells us. A purchase she had dreamed of for a long time, but which is not, however, thoughtless. “I talked about it with my husband [Guillaume, enseignant de mathématiques et d’informatique au lycée, ndlr.]and he said to me: ‘these are your earnings, you have worked to get them so you do what you want with them’”, she explained to us. And to add: “I should receive it in a few weeks. I traveled very little when I was a child, so it’s a dream come true. Even as a child, I was already playing with my Barbie motorhome dreaming of going everywhere!”

Now, Elodie can’t wait to go on a road trip across France to discover her country. “very rich in terms of landscapes and culture”. Enough to create beautiful memories also for her two children, Grégory (7 years old) and Elsa (4 years old): “It’s also a purchase for the whole family.” Then, with the money left over, the former Maestro and her husband intend to afford a wood stove for their house, and a few more outings to the restaurant. “We enjoy a little more by allowing ourselves things that we did not allow ourselves before, and that is priceless”, she concluded.
