Tesla billionaire puts his mother ‘in the garage’

Tesla boss Elon Musk apparently puts his mother in a garage when he visits. Maye Musk revealed this in an interview.
Tesla boss Elon Musk (51) is currently the richest person in the world – but there is apparently no guest room for his mother Maye Musk (74) in Texas. The 74-year-old has that revealed in an interview with The Times.
When she visits her billionaire son in Texas, the headquarters of the aerospace company SpaceX, he puts her “in the garage”. However, Maye Musk did not give any further details about the accommodation and where it is located. The 51-year-old “couldn’t have a fancy house near a missile site,” his mother believes. Her son is not interested in possessions.
Elon Musk doesn’t own a house
Musk confirmed his mother’s suspicions in April in a conversation with journalist Chris Anderson (61). As part of a “TED” talk revealed the Tesla boss: “In fact, I don’t even own a house at the moment.” He literally lives with friends.
The proud mother shares regularly on her Instagram account Pictures from their visits to Texas. Elon Musk’s siblings Tosca (48) and Kimbal (49) are also part of the trips from time to time.
