But it sometimes happens that little Emile’s mother shares messages on Facebook, often calls to prayer, during certain religious occasions. This time, no particular Catholic holiday, but Marie Soleil spoke out again through the group “Pray for Emile”this Tuesday, April 16, 2024. This is the first time that she has come out of silence since the terrible revelations that occurred at Easter, when the bones of her little boy were finally found, nine months after his mysterious disappearance.
Emile’s mother thanks Internet users for their participation in the support kitty
First of all, Emile’s mother wanted to send “a huge thank you” to “very numerous” people who participated in the jackpot launched shortly after the discovery of the child’s first bones, in order to help the family finance his funeral. In fact, to date, more than 640 entries were recorded on the Leetchi website. The amount of donations is not displayed. Marie Soleil, however, indicates that she has already “received a first part” of this money. Following her message, the 25-year-old young woman addressed all 26,000 members of the “Pray for Emile” group, who regularly express their support for the family of the missing little boy. “We try to read all your messages, whether comments, private messages, letters…”she wrote before concluding: “And we are always very touched by your compassion.”
Unsurprisingly, Internet users widely commented on Marie Soleil’s publication, once again wishing Emile’s parents great courage in this terrible ordeal. “I think and pray for you every day”, “All our thoughts go to you in union of prayer”, “Your little Emile will remain in our hearts and prayers”, “All my support to you, your husband and your parents”, “We are all with you in thought, and in our hearts, we share your immense pain”we can read in particular.
