Lily Collins is back to film “Emily in Paris.” She is also shocked by the problems of her colleague Ashley Park.
Lead actress Lily Collins (34) is back for “Emily in Paris” in front of the camera. Filming for season four has apparently begun. However, this is overshadowed by the health problems that actress Ashley Park (32), who can be seen in the series alongside Collins, has.
You are recovering from the first weeks of the year, Park wrote on Instagram to pictures and clips from a hospital. During a vacation, her “tonsillitis developed into critical septic shock.” As she reports, several organs were affected and thereby impaired. But she is now doing better: “I am grateful that my health has improved, contrary to what we were initially told.”
Lily Collins said in the comments section of Park’s post: “I can barely watch this without crying. I love you sister.” The 34-year-old added, among other things, that she was grateful that Park was doing better.
When are the new episodes of “Emily in Paris” coming?
On her own Instagram account Meanwhile, Lily Collins posted a photo in which she is holding the script for the first episode of the fourth season of “Emily in Paris”. The actress wrote: “Did someone say season four?! Finally reunited with my @emilyinparis family in Paris and it feels so good. Although I may need to brush up on my selfie skills for Emily’s sake.”
It is unclear whether Ashley Park’s illness will affect filming of the fourth season. A start date for the new episodes has not yet been announced. “Emily in Paris” premiered on the streaming service Netflix in October 2020. After a successful launch, the series was soon renewed by Netflix for a second season, which was released in December 2021. The third season premiered a year later.
