Emmanuel Macron: these ministers he should dismiss unceremoniously

After being re-elected, Emmanuel Macron will have to form a new government. A reshuffle which should bear the costs of several current ministers, who have little hope of keeping their post.

This Thursday, April 28, is the first Council of Ministers since the re-election of Emmanuel Macron, but may be the last for several members of the government. Indeed, the President of the Republic must soon appoint those who will compose his next government. A reshuffle that can fall at any time, but in the meantime we must continue to look good.

There are potentially people out of work in six days. They know it’s oversaid an adviser to the Elysée in Paris, before listing the ministers whose position is not threatened, and those who are more in danger: “There are those who know that the most effective is not to get agitated, the serene quiet: Gabriel Attal, Sébastien Lecornu, Gérald Darmanin, Amélie de Montchalin Julien Denormandie. Then there are the ambitious with long teeth, who push to have bigger: Clément Beaune, Olivier Véran, Olivia Grégoire, Agnès Pannier-Runacher. Then, there are the worried, who are actually burnt out: Roselyne Bachelot, Marlène Schiappa, Jean-Michel Blanquer.”

Jean-Michel Blanquer “burned his wings several times”

As our colleagues report, “the Minister of National Education burned his wings several times, in particular on the management of the health crisis in schools, his tense relationship with the unions and his positions on secularism which have repeatedly embarrassed the majority.. Hiccups that earned him the nickname “Jean-Michel more or less” reports a ministerial collaborator on a daily basis

For her part, Marlène Schiappa is criticized by the Élysée for “overdoing it, constantly pushing the collar”, explains the Parisian, while Roselyne Bachelot was a big disappointment. “No sound, no picture. The media figure died as soon as she entered the government”reported a source to the newspaper.
