(Boursier.com) — The Combined General Meeting ofENENSYS Technologies met yesterday morning at 10:00 a.m. at the company’s registered office, under the chairmanship of Mr. Régis Le Roux, Chairman of the Board of Directors.
The shareholders approved almost unanimously all the resolutions presented by the Board of Directors. In terms of governance, the Meeting notably approved the appointment of Mr. Yves Bouillon as a new independent director.
Yves Bouillon, 55, is a recognized expert in video transmission infrastructure and solutions for news or sporting events. He has spent his entire career with the TF1 Group where he currently holds the position of Deputy Director of the MediaFactory in charge of the “Media Preparation” division. This division qualifies, adapts, enriches and makes accessible the content intended for the group’s linear channels and supports the development of digital offers while optimizing resources, through the use of Cloud Native automation solutions and artificial intelligence. . Yves Bouillon is also heavily invested in the development of more virtuous practices to reduce the sector’s carbon impact. Yves Bouillon will thus bring to the Group his strategic vision of the evolution of the technological innovation needs of the “Broadcast and Streaming” players.
