(CercleFinance.com) – The European Commission has approved, under the European Merger Regulation, the acquisition of joint control of Eolia, based in Spain, by Engie Spain and Predica, based in France.
The Commission concluded that the proposed merger would not raise competition concerns as the overlaps between the companies’ activities are limited.
