Enshrouded: a medieval cooperative role-playing, action and survival game revealed on video

Keen Gamesalready known for the very cute Portal Knightsjust unveiled this week Enshrouded, a cooperative role-playing, action and survival game for up to 16 players in a medieval fantasy world invaded by a strange fog. A title developed and published in total independence which offers a first trailer:

In a world where magic is on the wane and an epidemic has been unleashed from the bowels of the Earth, mutant survivors of an ancient people lurk in the fog, while ancient warriors slumber in temples. Players will embody A Flamebornguided by esoteric power to hunt, collect and craft items to unleash their power and uncover the secrets of this world. THE Flameborn will also have to face the Shrouda plague that transforms all life forms, including progressing through a skill tree and mastering spells, weapons, and armor to hone and customize their playstyle. On the survival side, players will also be able to shape the terrain and create villages using materials and furniture, not to mention waking up NPCs to unlock workshops and craft other unique items. • Survival & Exploration : Survive and conquer Embervale, a vast open world filled with mutated creatures and many mysteries.
• A-RPG combat : Play as the Flameborn and face the Fiends, Fell and other corrupted creatures. Learn their tactics, improve your character’s skills, and battle hordes of enemies to dispel the Shroud.
• Boss battles : Face the plagues of Embervale by challenging the mythical leaders of the faction. Players will need mythical weapons and courage to defeat them.
