Epic Games Store: Duskers free this week, a game about entrepreneurship and industry offered next

If you didn’t know Duskers, you will be able to get to know it. The game with a simplistic and retro aesthetic invites us to pilot drones in an abandoned ship, to survive and discover how our world has become a giant cemetery, and it is offered until next Thursday on theEpic Games Store !

Its official summary and download link are available below.

Duskers

You’re a drone operator, surrounded by gritty old technology that acts as your only eyes and ears to the outside world. What you hear comes from a remote microphone. What you see is how each drone sees the world. Motion sensors tell you something, but not what. And when you issue commands, you do so through a command-line interface.

You have to earn everything in Duskers: pick up drone upgrades, drones, and even ship upgrades. But dangerous creatures lurk in these derelict ships, and weapons are scarce, so you might need to think of a clever way to explore a military outpost using only a motion sensor and a decoy.

But even if you find a way, the sensor you rely on may fail or you may run out of lures, and even your drone’s camera feed may begin to fail. A favorite strategy cannot be exploited for long, so you will have to continually adapt.

Duskers takes place in a procedurally generated universe, and when you die, you lose everything. Not only do you have to worry about the dangers ahead, but also the lack of fuel or parts to modify your drones and ship.

You are alone, isolated in the dark reaches of space. Only by sifting through logs that are not corrupted can you piece together what happened.

Next week, you can experience your next industrial revolution with the offer of Rise of Industrya game that tests your entrepreneurial skills asking you to create and optimize complex production chains while keeping an eye on your bottom line.
