(Boursier.com) — By mail received on November 14 at the AMF, the concert composed of the Agency for State Participations (APE) which acts on behalf of the State, the company FSI-Equation which it controls as well as the companies Sorame (Société de Recherche et d’Applications Métallurgiques controlled by the Duval family) and Ceir (Compagnie d’Etudes Industrielles de Rouvray, also controlled by the Duval family) declared, following the allocation of double voting rights occurred on November 8, hold 18,462,655 shares Eramet representing 36,925,310 voting rights. The concert therefore holds 64.21% of the capital and 74.82% of the voting rights of the company.

– Sorame: 8,821,806 shares representing 30.68% of the capital and 35.75% of the voting rights
– Ceir: 1,839,756 shares representing 6.40% of the capital and 7.46% of the DDV
– FSI-Equation: 7,800,993 shares representing 27.13% of the capital and 31.62% of the DDV
– State (direct holding): 100 shares representing 200 DDV
Total concert : 18,462,655 shares representing 64.21% of the capital and 74.82% of the DDV.
