When my father dies and I grow up, I wish pay homage to my mother and attach her name to mine. At the time, it was a use name. And then it will become my name because I’m known by that surname.“Laurent Ruquier cuts it off to explain that the Keeper of the Seals now wants each citizen, at the age of majority, to be able to change their name more easily than before.
