(AOF) – The independent digital media group Erold (formerly Planet Media) announces that 4 offers were presented for examination to the Bobigny Commercial Court on Tuesday December 19, 2023, as part of the judicial recovery procedures opened with regard to of the company and each of its subsidiaries Planet Advertising and Planet Publishing. These 4 offers relate to the partial takeover of assets and activities of the three entities. The Court reserved its decision until January 10, 2024.
Erold draws the attention of investors to the fact that “taking into account the offers, and taking into account the level of liabilities”, the possible sale proceeds received within the framework of the collective procedure “will undoubtedly not make it possible to reimburse the shareholders” .
Created in 2000, Erold is an independent digital media group specializing in the convergence of content and services for connected seniors, which operates the Planet.fr, Medisite.fr, E-santé.fr and Hedony.f brands. On October 12, 2023, the group made a declaration of cessation of payments to the Commercial Court and requested the opening of a judicial recovery procedure.
