The Bobigny Commercial Court has reserved its decision until January 10, 2024. These 4 offers relate to the partial takeover of assets and activities of the companies Erold, Planet Advertising and Planet Publishing.
Requests from the receiver relating to the conversion into compulsory liquidation of the receivership procedures of the companies Erold, Planet Advertising and Planet Publishing were also examined by the Bobigny Commercial Court on Tuesday December 19, 2023.
